Automatic Payment Plan Enrollment

By choosing a monthly payment option, you’re automatically enrolled in our automatic payment plan, ensuring your payments are handled seamlessly in the future. Upon reservation, we’ll set up an automatic payment schedule for you, clearly indicating the monthly payment dates in advance. An initial deposit is required at booking, with subsequent payments charged as per the schedule outlined on your invoice. This service is provided at no additional cost.

What does automatic payment entail? This method allows for the total balance of your reservation to be paid off through scheduled automatic charges to a single credit card.

Benefits of automatic payments include convenience and cost-effectiveness, ensuring payments are made on time, thereby avoiding reservation cancellation or late fees.

Will I receive reminders before payments are charged? Yes, Serenity Travel Experts will send monthly reminders before each payment and confirmation emails after each payment is processed.

How are payment schedules determined? Payments are scheduled monthly, close to the date of your initial payment, with the total number of payments depending on the time between booking and the final payment date. Your specific payment schedule will be provided before your first charge.

How does Serenity Travel Experts protect my credit card information? Serenity Travel Experts ensures your credit card data is secure, adhering to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Although Serenity Travel Experts does not store credit card details, our credit card processing service does for those enrolled in automatic billing.

What happens if a payment is declined? If a payment fails, we will retry after two days. If declined again, you will be notified to make an immediate payment or face reservation cancellation.

 If your card expires or you wish to use a new one, you can update your payment information by logging into your account and adjusting your payment settings.
