*Delta Vacations will do quarterly performance reviews of Associate, Associate Plus, and Preferred level agencies to determine if agency ownership groups have met the minimum full year Delta Vacations departed gross revenue minimum of $75,000, $125,000 ($200k MN agenceis), or $1,100,000 and 10% growth.

*If $75k, $125k ($200k MN agencies), $1.1m (&10% growth) in Delta Vacations departed gross revenue has been met, Delta Vacations will issue the backend commission payment through that departure quarter and change the up-front commission levels for future quarters.

*To qualify for preferred commissions in 2020, an agency ownership group must produce $125,000 ($200k MN agencies) and a minimum 10% YOY departed revenue growth in 2019.
