Pin Point Heritage Museum

Located in a historic Gullah Geechee community, the Pin Point Heritage Museum preserves the rich culture, traditions, and stories of the descendants of enslaved West Africans who built a thriving fishing community along the Georgia coast. Housed in a former oyster and crab factory, the museum brings to life the strength, self-sufficiency, and cultural pride of the Pin Point community. Through exhibits, storytelling, and preserved artifacts, you’ll gain insight into Gullah Geechee language, traditions, and way of life—an essential and meaningful connection to Southern Black heritage.

Savannah Slavery to Freedom Tour

The Savannah Slavery to Freedom Tour is a powerful, guided experience that traces the journey from bondage to liberation through the streets of historic Savannah. This immersive walking tour highlights significant sites connected to slavery, resistance, and freedom, offering honest storytelling that centers the voices and experiences of African Americans.   The Daufuskie Island Experience offers a rare and unforgettable journey into one of the most well-preserved Gullah Geechee communities in the Lowcountry.
