IDENTIFICATION: Guests are required to make reservations in the exact name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.

REFUNDS: All payments to Serenity Travel Experts are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Serenity Travel Experts has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

- To maintain your booking status, monthly payments are obligatory.
- Bookings may be cancelled without notification if a payment has not been made in 60 days.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your roommate, if you have one, also adheres to the monthly payment schedule.

- We permit name changes on bookings for a fee of $100 until the final payment date indicated on your invoice.
- A late fee of $100 per person will be imposed after the final payment deadline, subject to management approval for late payment requests. It is your duty to inform Serenity Travel Experts of any changes to your email address, as this is our main method of communication.
